Billy Bottle, band leader and multi-instrumentalist, has blended his
love of the Canterbury scene with jazz and folk, creating this mini-epic
concept album set to the poetry of American Transcendalist, Henry David Thoreau.
Billi's beautiful creation that underlines nostalgia, whimsy, imagination
whilst pushing the free-improvisational boundaries, became possible due to the
amazing talents of Martine Waltier (voice, violin), Vivien Goodwin-Darke (flute),
Roz Harding (woodwinds), Angus Menter (trombone), Mike Outram (guitar) and Gary
Evans (drums). Fame (if not fortune) is just round the corner.
