In the wake of his raving success (duos with Elliot Sharp, Eugene Chadbourne, LaDonna Smith, etc., LeoLab 060 - Both Kinds of Music), this is a trio recording inspired by the Russian emigre, Misha Feigin, who plays classical guitar and balalaika, while Craig plays cello and LaDonna viola and violine.

The 12-page booklet which comes with the CD contains a short story by Misha (he happens to be a talented writer) and some of his poetry.

He also adds his spontaneous singing to a couple of improvisations.
